Recommend customers and earn commission
You recommend digitalrevier. In return you receive either a one-off reward or, as a partner, ongoing commission on your customers' services.
- One-off reward: You recommend us now and then and receive a one-off reward.
- Partner programme: You refer customers regularly and receive ongoing commission.
What you receive per service
For each referred customer, either the one-off reward or the ongoing partner commission applies. The two models cannot be combined for the same customer.

Negotiated individually
For services that can be cancelled monthly, three monthly fees form the basis for the one-off reward. With a twelve-month term, it is the annual amount.
One-off services are counted without third-party costs, for example for licences. Domain promotions and special offers are excluded from the one-off reward.

Recommend once, receive a reward
For customers and anyone who recommends digitalrevier now and then. A separate partner account is not required.

Receive the reward
We check the details and pay the approved reward to the IBAN you provided. For services invoiced monthly, the payout follows payment of the first three monthly fees.

Send us your contact details, the details of the referred customer and the services booked. We check the report and get in touch if we have any questions.
Receive ongoing commission as a partner
For agencies, freelancers and consultants who refer customers to digitalrevier regularly.
You receive a personal partner link and a partner code. For attributed customers you receive ongoing commission on eligible services as long as the respective requirements are met.

Set up partner access
We set up your partner access. Your customers reach digitalrevier through your partner link or enter your partner code when ordering.

Attribute customers
When a customer registers through your partner link or enters your code, the customer account is attributed to your partner account. The attribution has no fixed end date.

Receive commission
For eligible bookings you receive the agreed commission. Example: for a hosting plan D-M with monthly fees of 4.20 € you receive 1.26 € commission per month.

Quarterly settlement
We settle your commission quarterly. The payout to the IBAN you provided is made from a balance of 25.00 € net.
How customer attribution works

90 days after the first visit
With consent to marketing cookies we store your partner code for 90 days. Without this consent, the code only applies to the current visit.

Partner code when ordering
Your customers can enter your partner code in the order process at any time. There is no time limit.

Attribution with no end date
Once a customer account is attributed to your partner account, the attribution remains in place for as long as the partner account and the terms of participation provide for it.

Switching to another partner
Services already attributed and the commission claims arising from them remain with you. New attributions follow the applicable rules of the partner programme.
Terms of participation
Ask a question- You inform the referred company about the referral programme yourself. digitalrevier does not contact anyone on behalf of the referrer.
- At the time of the referral you need an active digitalrevier account with a completed onboarding. You do not need to use any chargeable services yourself.
- The referral must be reported no later than four weeks after the referred customer has taken up the service.
- As a rule, the referred company must not already be an active customer of digitalrevier. An exception applies if you already look after the company and recommend digitalrevier for an additional service, for example a domain, hosting or a website.
- Each referred customer earns either a one-off reward or an ongoing partner commission. For customers attributed to a partner account, the one-off reward does not apply.
- Self-referrals, including referrals for further companies of your own, are excluded.
- Unfair promotion, in particular misleading promises, spam or unsolicited bulk email, is not permitted.
- Every referral is checked. Once approved, we pay the reward once to the IBAN provided.
- Queries or ambiguities may delay the payout.
- There is neither a minimum number of referrals nor a minimum amount. Payouts start from the first euro.
- For services invoiced monthly, the payout follows payment of the first three monthly fees. For annual invoicing, we wait for the first annual invoice. This avoids clawbacks in the event of early cancellation.
A partner account loses its claim to ongoing commission if, within 18 consecutive months, neither a new customer is attributed via the partner link or partner code nor an already attributed customer account orders a further chargeable product.
We inform the partner by email before the period expires.
Your own partner link must not be used to register your own customer account. The same applies to affiliated companies, relatives and other closely associated third parties.
The personal partner link and partner code must not be published on voucher portals, price comparison sites, cashback platforms or comparable offerings.
Passing them on deliberately to potential customers in your personal or professional circle is expressly welcome.
We settle commission quarterly for the calendar quarters Q1 to Q4 and pay it to the IBAN provided.
A payout is made from an available commission balance of 25.00 € net. Balances below this threshold are carried over to the next quarter.
The partner account is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Commission claims may not be assigned without the express written consent of digitalrevier.
digitalrevier may adjust the commission rates, the terms of participation and the partner programme.
Changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued participation after they take effect counts as acceptance of the changes, insofar as this is legally permissible.
Either side may end participation in the partner programme at any time with 30 days' notice. No reason is required.
Commission claims that have already arisen and are due remain unaffected by the termination and are paid out under the applicable settlement terms.
In the event of breaches of the terms of participation, digitalrevier may end participation without notice. Whether outstanding commission claims lapse depends on the circumstances of the breach and the statutory requirements.
In case of doubt, the German version prevails.
