The bundle discount applies as long as every part of the bundle remains active. If one part ends, for example through cancellation, the discount ends for the whole bundle; the remaining services then continue at the regular price.

Yes, if they are registered with another provider: such domains move to us by transfer, for which you need the auth code from your current provider. Services already running at digitalrevier cannot be added to a bundle afterwards.

Term and renewal depend on the respective domain extension: most extensions run for one year at a time, some for two years or longer. The discount is granted per billing period — for a two-year term, once for that period.
